Jennifer Parker-Lummis Soprano

Graduate of the Royal Welsh College of music and Drama in Classical Voice, Jennifer Parker-Lummis has spent many years perfecting her vocal ability to be able to switch voices from Opera to Musical theatre effortlessly setting her apart from "the norm". Having trained with singers such a Buddug Verona James, Beatrice Unsworth and Fringe Festival Diva Carol Bishop. Jennifer has trained in singing 4 different languages to give a broad spectrum performance from Madama Butterfly to The Girl in 14G. Jennifer prides herself on creating audience friendly performances mixing popular Opera, Comedy, Musical Theatre and Swing to really wow! Her audiences.

Jennifer can create a performance as original as your event from singing beautiful ballads at a wedding drinks reception to entertaining an audience between courses at a corporate dinner event with amusing anecdotes to accompany her song choices. Jennifer is fully insured and PAT tested using a compact Bose PA system who she affectionately refers to as 'Billy Bose'. Jennifer also uses top quality backing tracks to capture the atmosphere of the song.

She has performed numerous times for the Lord Mayor of Portsmouth, at the Kings Theatre, for The WI and even for Pete Waterman. Jennifers biggest compliment has been " I didn't think I liked Opera but I absolutely love what you do"
