Resumé in brief
It was fortunate for me that my flare for playing the violin was 'spotted' during a school concert by the composer, Gordon Jacob. This led to me studying with John White and subsequently with David Martin who then became my professor at the Royal Academy of Music, where I gained the RAM's highest award for violin performance, the Recital diploma. I also studied piano at the RAM with Eric Hope and Hamish Milne.
Since then, my journey through life has taken me to a number of fascinating places, diverse in the extreme, working alongside many wonderful people. I have been provided with opportunities to gain a wide variety of musical experiences, both in the U.K. and abroad.
